Description: Here is a lovely country villa on the eastern slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountains just west of Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. Built in 1997 by the present owners in collaboration with Architect Bill Atwood, AIA, the extensive use of stone and cedar ensures the continuity of the ancient surroundings. At 2,300 feet above sea level, the views down the Rockfish Valley and easterly to Charlottesville are indescribably beautiful.
