New Meadow Farm has long been a family-owned summer riding camp and working farm. The character-rich main house is documented as c. 1865 but the oldest section with exposed log walls is thought to date to the 1830s. Restoration of the rock chimney is underway. Multiple improvements include a tenant house of 2079 s/f, guest quarters, bunk houses, a charming studio, a massive bank barn with 12 stalls, tack rooms, and hay storage, and an open-sided steel riding arena measuring 120'x75'. The horse pastures are fenced in post-and-rail and high-tensile and have loafing sheds. There are approximately 143 acres of pasture and cultivation, and 89 acres of forest with riding trails. Three ample wells serve the residences and farm complex.
